Marilyn Manson’s Best Of record “Lest We Forget” posted chart topping numbers this week with the U.S. debuting at #9 with 79,803 units sold.

Top five debuts included the UK, Germany, France, Canada, Mexico, Austria and Switzerland, while Japan, Spain and many other countries posted top ten positions.
